Event preparation and planning session
We prepare for the questions that arrive on the day, not just the ones in the brief.
  • Technical event support covers the full operational layer of an event — from equipment setup and live monitoring to fault response and post-event breakdown. We handle the infrastructure so the event itself runs without interruption.
  • Yes. We handle gift card coordination as part of broader event management, including procurement, tracking, and distribution to participants or guests on-site. The process is documented at each stage.
  • For most events, two to four weeks gives us enough preparation time. For large-scale or multi-day events, earlier is better — particularly if bespoke equipment or specialist staff are required.
  • Our primary focus is Hull and the surrounding East Riding area. We take selected projects further afield but availability depends on timing and scale — best to contact us directly.
